4 year old Daniel Pelka’s life was one of extreme cruelty leading up to his death. Daniel’s parents regularly beat him, denied him food, force fed him salt and held him under water in a bath until he was unconscious. He was imprisoned in a box room and died alone in the dark from a head injury in March 2012.
